After conducting an extensive field investigation and further independent investigations the review team concluded that there was no substance to complaints by growers against New Yorks migrant legal services programs. They specifically found no evidence of any actual violations of the LSC Act. the regulations or the code of professional responsibility. They found that the major complaints of the growers resulted from the programs successful and aggressive advocacy on their clients behalf.
