I think. very accurate and right on target. I find myself in agreement with him. There are a couple of points here that I would like to add. First. in connection with one question that was raised. the eligibility of the children of the refugees coming in for basic educational opportunity grants. my understanding is that those grants can only be given to American citizens. So. until they acquire citizenship. they would not be eligible. I have a similar agreement with the Senator from Alaska in his view about the low educational average of youg people going into cur services now.
