It provides full funding for the conference report on title 20. which will allow for generous grants to the States for social services such as day care and assistance for the disabled. It sustains the present level of support for the vocational rehabilitation program and for the mealsfortheelderly program. It expands our efforts to accommodate the current new influx of refugees by tripling the size of the program compared to Its 1979 level. It increases the program of lowincome energy assistance that was initiated in It provides funding for 264.000 additional new units of federally assisted housing for 1981. It provides a 14.3percent increase for veterans pensions and an 11.8percent increase for veterans serviceconnected disability compensation.
