Due process for Jews in court proceedings which are emigrationrelated is next to nonexistent. Civil rights. social rightsthe right to work. cultural rights. freedom of educationhave been taken from Soviet Jews. In denying these hutnan rights Soviet authorities are blatantly violating the Helsinki agreement. accepted international law. its own internal legal system and the minimum decent behavior of civilized people.
