Mr. Littell is an expert on tax and tariff matters. as principal draftsman in that complex area for a number of years. He had an important responsibility in the activist sixties. working in civil rights legislation. and he is one of the primary drafters of the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1954. Harry Littell began his association in 1947. as a young law graduate of Indiana University. as a law assistant. appointed with the approval of the President pro tempore of the Senate.
