I wonder if he would likewise consider an amendment to his amendment which would say that no funds in the form of income taxes. social security taxes. unemployment taxes. or other forms of taxes be collected from these individuals who are over here without benefit of law. I assure him that every study that has been made of this situation indicates that these undocumented workers are paying far more into the U.S. Treasury than they are taking out of the U.S. Treasury.
