Well. depending on who you talk to and depending on where you live and probably the gentleman from Texas and those from California know more about this than I do. there is an estimate of somewhere between 3 million and 12 million socalled undocumented aliens now from Mexico. I do not think Mexicans have any problem getting in. from what I can hear. so I do not really think that is the problem. Suffice it to say the answer to the gentleman is "Yes." these refugees do bear a relationship to the United States and our involvement in V- 3 ram.
