Speaker. I take this time to advise the Members of the House on the intentions of the leadership for the balance of todays schedule. It is anticipated we will now move to consider the rule on H.R. 4955. the supplemental refugee assistance authorization and then to consider the rule on H.R. 2218. the Endangered Species Act authorization. and finally to consider the rule on H.R. 3683. the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act. Mr. Speaker. if time permits. following the adoption of the above three rules. we would undertake to begin general debate only on the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act with the understanding it is the intention to rise by 3 p.m. this afternoon.
