Mr. President. I would like to express my support for S. 66. the Nurse Training and Health Revenue Sharing and Health Services Act of 1975. A major portion of this bill would authorize renewal of. Community Health Centers. Migrant Health Centers. Family Planning Services. and Community Mental Health Centers. While all of these programs have been accepted as models for health care delivery and have proven to be very beneficial to the underserved areas of our Nation. the Community Mental Health Centers have been particularly beneficial to South Carolinians. The South Carolina Department of Mental Health has heavily utilized these centers as a vital part of their overall mental health program.
