I will say to my distinguished friend. the gentleman from Iowa (Mr. Gaoss) that we passed the continuing resolution. as the gentleman knows. and it went to the other body. and the other body added two amendments. One amendment is assistance to Portugal and Portuguese colonies. $10 million. I am sure the gentleman knows that we have an interest in the Azores and overflight rights. The second amendment adopted by the other body provides $10 million for Palestinian refugees. This program has been authorized and has been in operation since about 1949. The sum provided in -the other body is $10 million.
