I would vote for the amendment tomorrow. I will vote for it today. I will vote for it any day. First of all. I think his request is much. much too modest. if it is going to be nationwide. I do not know what he will do with $5 million. nor with $10 million. not in this whole United States of America. when we are dealing with migrant workers and poor farmworkers who are permanent residents and citizens of the United States. This is a drop in the bucket. But it has merit. and this may be the beginning of something good.
