I. too. am a student and believer in quiet diplomacy. as is the distinguished chairman. but last Saturday marked the second monthto the daythat quiet diplomacy has failed. It has brought us to the situation we are in today. a situation in which every day Greece is moving inexorably to remove Itself from NATO. with 200.000 Cypriot refugees who are unprotected. unfed. unclothed. illhoused. where. if the rainy season develops as it will soon in the latter part of September and in October. we will have on our hands a disaster of enormous proportions.
