Inc.. seeks four policy changes which we can strongly urge the Soviet Union to enact. These include lowering of excessive tariffs on gifts to those residing in the Baltic States. a more reasonable tourist visa limit. elimination of unreasonable tourist travel restrictions. and provision for Lithuanians to immigrate as provided for by the Charter of the United Nations. signed by the Soviet Union. Let us work for these concessions and let us continue to work and pray for a free Lithuania.
