Head. Bishop of the Diocese. and the Very Reverend Monsignor Stanley A. Kulpinski. director of the college. Like many of my constituents and others in our community. Peter Rybka has deep and close cultural ties in Poland. from where his parents emigrated. His father was a coal miner who emigrated to America with his wife. Sophie. and first settled in the coal mining town of Dupont. Pa.. where Peter. the oldest of six children. was born.
