Sixth. Navajo communities in the southwest were assisted in establishing a craft cooperative. enabling Indians to acquire supplies more cheaply and market their handicrafts more profitably. and. finally. the residents of Turtle Lake. Wis.. through a nonprofit community development corporation. have entered the pool table manufacturing business.
