The migrant legal action program. after negotiating a settlement with the Michigan Department of Public Health in a case in which they assisted Michigan legal services as cocounsel. joined the department in developing procedures to assure the enforcement of the Michigan Agricultural Labor Camp Licensing Act. Massachusetts law reform. cocounsel with Boston legal assistance in representing clients suffering from lead poisoning. helped the Massachusetts Department of Public Health develop enforcement mechanisms to implement the Massachusetts Lead Paint Poison Act. A similar statewide backup program.
