I will not take my 5 minutes. I am not opposing this bill in any way. shape. or form. but I merely want the record to show that I believe we had better take a longer look at some of this type of legislation in the future and to set some kind of a limitation as to where we are going to go in bilingual education. This Nation between 1882 and 1914 had an influx of millions and millions of immigrants. We were able to weld together all of the nations of the Earth and their peoples who came here. Every language. every color. every creed.
