That. in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Mrs. Stefanie Miglierini. the widow of Ambrose Miglierini. a citizen of the United States. shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 201(b) of that Act and the provisions of section 204 of said Act shall not be applicable in this case.
