That Section 491 of Chapter 9 of part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961. relating to refugee relief assistance. is amended by striking out "1972" and inserting in lieu thereof "1913". by striking out the figure "$250.000.000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$100.000.000". and by striking out the words "East Pakistan" wherever they appear and inserting in lieu thereof "Bangladesh". SEC. 2. Part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new chapter:
