In which I respectfully suggested that you raise your voice in protest to the shocking ransom demands being imposed by the Soviet Govment upon its Jewish citizens who had applied for visas to leave the Soviet Union. I said that "silence by you at this time would be taken by the Soviet Government as acquiescence in its latest moves."
