In other words. the subcommittee has written the language in here which already appears in section 106 concerning judicial review of orders dealing with exclusion. So this is nothing new. He also talks about another provision. saying that it Is a sole and exclusive procedure. as though there is something wrong with that. That language also appears in the Immigration and Nationality Act. So once again we are borrowing language from the existing law. and that is the language we put In our bill. I suggest if we do put it in here. we will be wasting time. because we will just have to come back here and do it over again.
