I share some of the concerns of the gentleman from Texas. and I have been a bit like the gentleman from Colorado. I have not really seen any particular objection to writing this into the law. What I understand the gentleman to say now is. if I understand him correctly. that the Attorney General has given him assurance that if we adopt the bill as it is. without the proposed amendment. he will. in fact. adopt regulations which provide in this instance for an appeal from the administrative findings to the Board of Immigration Appeals. Is that what the gentleman is saying?
