That is the most it has been reduced. and I am not satisfied with that reduction. I must say. but. on the other hand. I do not think we should vote upon this matter upon the basis that the committee amendment--not the Senators but the committee amendment. we all adopted it in the committeewould permit an assessment for any of these other agencies--WHO. Childrens organizations. Palestinian refugeesof more than 25 percent. I must say I am not sympathetic particularly to the amendment of the Senator from Nebraska. but it does have that going for itthat the committee amendment would lock out everything. and I mean everything. except the three organizations.
