I think. an attempt to impose a minimum wage on those who Congress has otherwise decided should not have that imposed upon them. Mr. Chairman. one section of this bill. I think. invades the jurisdiction of the Judiciary Committee. They are. and have been. working for some time on the problem of employment of illegal aliens. and there are other Members who will address themselves to this question. However. this would put the burden on the housewife employing the babysitter to make sure that she was not an illegal alien or else the housewife would be faced with the problem of a possible fine or imprisonment.
