Chairman and members of the Committee. I regret that I have less time than I would be glad to extend to those on both sides. but in reiteration of what I said before I support this bill. I think this is a better bill if my amendment is adopted. which. incidentally. as I stated before. is in accordance with the views of the Immigration and Naturalization Service. I think the employment matter is rather de minimus. as my learned legal friends over here have said. I also think such additional Irishmen as we get in here under this bill will be useful citizens.
