ICEM has helped to resettle over 1.800.000 people. They have men like PETE to thank for making this possible. He was well qualified to be chairman at this 20th anniversary meeting. He is looked upon as a leading authority on refugee problems because of his work with the House Judiciary Committee where he is now serving as chairman of the Subcommittee on Immigration and Refugees. PETER W. RODINo has his own style. and you must be with him to learn about this. We all know that PETE does his homework and runs a tight office. We are proud to call him dean of the New Jersey delegation. and I want to thank him for the good advice he has given us on many a vote.
