JR.. who was at the 34th session of the Council of the Intergovernmental Committee for European Migration held in Geneva. Switzerland from November 29 to December 2. We felt honored that PETER RODINO was elected chairman of this world gathering which marked the 20th anniversary of ICEM. There are millions of people who are not in their home countries today because of wars and other reasons. Many refugees living in my district escaped to America during the various revolutions. and many more would love to come to our free country. I would like to point out that in the past 9 years that I have known him. PETER ROVINo has been a champion for- these people.
