In our modern times nobody has any use for you unless you have an education. When the Irish. the Italians and the Jewish people came to New York City fifty. seventyfive and onehundred years ago. they also came as people who were poor. people who had no education but nobody else had any education either. For most of our jobs in the central city what is required is a trained mind and that is what this generation or migrant Puerto Ricans does not have. FRANK REYNOLDS.
