I would like to take this occasion to express how much I believe the House of Representatives will miss the presence here of our colleague from California. the Honorable GEORGE E. BROWN. JR. GEORGE BROWN has displayed tremendous courage in taking on unpopular but worthy causes and he will be difficult to replace. His leadership in organizing the national protest against U.S. military involvement in Southeast Asia and his resolute support for justice to migrant workers are just a few of the noteworthy accomplishments he has recorded in this body. I wish him well and look forward to seeing him many times in the years ahead.
