That. for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Doctor Hassan Chaharsough Vakil. shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of December 23. 1958. and the period of time he has resided in the United States since that date should be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of the Act.
