That. for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Doctor Bernard Weston March shall be held and considered to have been lawfullly admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of December 29. 1956. and the periods of time he has resided in the United States since that date shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of such Act.
