And he has done this not just today or yesterday. but also at the time we passed the meat import quota law of 1964. He was the one who carried the battle at that time. I think the particular point the Senator made is very important inasmuch as we hear on the street the statement from consumers that the price of meat is so high and the cattlemen are getting rich. or something to that effect.
