MILERA The bill for the relief of Dr. Juan Alfredo Milera was considered. ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. read the third time. and passed. as follows: S. 148 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That. for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Doctor Juan Alfredo Milera shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of March 22. 1956. and the periods of time he has resided in the United States since that date shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of such Act.
