Mr. President. the current issue of Better Living. a magazine published for employees of the Du Pont Co.. contains an article about a laboratory technician in the central research department. Milton Olazagasti. The article indicates how Mr. Olazagasti. because of his intense interest in helping others. is making the future brighter for people with little formal education. and in particular. migrant farmworkers who come to our State of Delaware. The article quotes Mr. Olazagasti as saying: I dont think of my work at the farms as doing something for somebody. Its just doing what any friend would do for another.
