Mr. Speaker. last month the Sertoma Clubs held their international convention in Miami Beach. One of the principal speakers at the convention was Mr. Manuel J. Reyes. Latin American news director of WTVJ in Miami. Mr. Reyes came to this country as a refugee from Castros Cuba. Since his arrival in this country. he has become one of Floridas most distinguished journalists as well as one of the foremost leaders of the Cuban exiles in the United States. At the Sertoma International Convention. Mr. Reyes spoke to 2.500 club members on the struggle of the Cuban people to regain their freedom.
