Session #89 · 1965–67

Speech #890139666

Our Government. at the point of a bayonet. with pistols in the mans back. forced him to come into the United States. From all indications. he did not want to come. He was brought in involuntarily. Our position Is that when our Government does that. the victim of such actions should not be forced to leave unless he wishes to do so. The Senator has raised a technical question and is.
