Turkeymust have Turkish background. Japanno immigrants. Now. lets grasp a nettle. The newthink claims that a man must stand convicted of bigotry if he believes that the people from one country might make better American citizens than people from another. Why should we check our brains in fear of this charge? Who thinks America would be what it is today if It had drawn its immigrants largely from Arabs or Hottentots or Mongolians or Sicilians?
