Certainly the 1 million refugees who fled from North Vietnam leaving behind them their homes and everything they possessed. have given proof of their hatred of communism. Certainly. too. the 300.000 South Vietnamese who have fled from areas under Communist control have given similar proof. Finally. millions of South Vietnamese have given eloquent testimony to their hatred of communism by the courage with which they have fought against it in the ranks of the Vietnamese armed forces or in their own village selfdefense units.
