It did not tell me whether it was to come from the Childrens Fund. it did not tell me whether we were going to renege on our commitment of a matching 40 percent for the Technical Assistance Fund. it did not tell me it was to wipe out the Palestine Refugee Fund. In short. the committee report did not tell us where the $36 million was to come out of these many programs.
