Mr. President. last month the Order Sons of Italy in America held their 28th biennial convention in Cleveland. Ohio. During the course of the proceedings. the convention adopted an immigration program and report. I ask unanimous consent that this resolution and the report be printed in the Appendix of the RECORD. Mr. President. the Order Sons of Italy in America has for years been active in presenting comprehensive and constructive proposals with respect to our immigration program. The program set forth by the 28th biennial convention deserves the consideration of every Member of Congress. Mr. President. I am also pleased to announce that the order chose Baltimore.
