I hear nothing but a chorus of approval as to the kinds of projects which have been approved. Our State development board has made its services available in this field. It is required to cooperate in the ordinary area redevelopment program. but has been equally active with reference to these particular projects and the small community facilities. Mr. President. there are two exceptions which I shall name. Those are the two large counties in the southeast corner of my State. where there are nearly 200.000 Cuban refugees. Congress in its wisdom recognized that this was a situation which deserved particular attention. Such attention was given.
