I take it that despite this amendment which in my estimation is most credible. if the Members of the Subcommittee on Immigration. presided over by the gentleman from Pennsylvania must attend the conventions of the Intergovernmental Committee for European Migration in Europe and such resolution would be offered. then I am sure it would receive most respectful consideration from the Committee on Rules. Likewise. if it is necessary for the members of the Subcommittee on Antitrust to visit the Common Market countries concerning antitrust legislation. a resolution might be offered and it will be respectfully considered by the Committee on Rules in that way?
