I believe the time has come when we should do more. I have in mind particularly doing something along the line of our action of 2 years ago in helping the rebel force to prepare for its invasion of Cuba. I do not know how many refugees from Cuba are in our own country. but I am sure that there are many thousands of them. We- should do something to help them serve in the cause of restoring Cuba to a free government of their own. people. by their own people. and for their own people. We should help Cuban nationals who are on our shores by giving them the necessary equipment and the necessary means for providing their own blockade of Cuba.
