This is the kind of situation that I think goes far beyond what we really want to cover. I would agree with the many statements that were made. and I am sure sincerely. from the floor about the children of migrant laborers who are being abused and exploited. I do not have this in my district. and it is not a particular problem in my district. I do have many farmers and children of farmers who want to have their children learn farming. want to give them tasks. let them be employed across the way with a neighbor in appropriate jobs. because It builds character.
