This effort by the four Representatives is wholly in tune with the need for analysis and exposition through dialog. Indeed. it began before the Presidents speech at Yale. The first in the series was delivered on May 9. the second on July 9. to be followed by additional dialogs. They speak out of a common concern with our international position. Their examination has included domestic policies which have direct bearing on foreign policy. for example. on civil rights and immigration. Subsequent addresses are being devoted to our domestic and foreign economic policies. I have followed their work with the utmost interest.
