This article was written by Mr. Arthur Bryant. and it is significant in that Mr. Bryant calls upon the people of England to show their appreciation of this great effort by the Poles by bringing some form of assistance to the Polish political immigrants who were not able to return after the war to their homeland. illegally seized by the Communists. I call this article to the attention of my colleagues because various efforts here in Congress to give these great Polish heroes. who are now American citizens. some form of assistance when they are in need have met with little success. There are two bills pending before Congress now which I am sure a grateful America would approve.
