Mr. President. on March 29. 1962. the Senate passed S. 1915 to enable the adopted daughter of a U.S. citizen to qualify for a nonquota immigrant visa under the provisions of section 4 of Public Law 86363. On May 15. 1962. the House of Representatives passed S. 1915. with amendments. to include two additional beneficiaries. The amendments will enable the adopted daughter of U.S. citizens and the son of a U.S. citizen to qualify for nonquota immigrant visas under the provisions of section 4 of Public Law 86363. Mr. President. these amendments are acceptable and I move that the Senate concur in the House amendments to S. 1915.
