HO LEE The Senate proceeded to consider the bill for the relief of Dr. Kwan Ho Lee which had been reported from the Committee on the Judiciary. with an amendment. to strike out all after the enacting clause and insert: That. for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Doctor Kwan Ho Lee shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of December 13. SEC. 2. The time Doctor Kwan Ho Lee has resided and has been physically present in the United States since December 13. 1952. shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. as amended.
