While this strange game of American assistance to the Red puppet and the Red puppets counterpart of doing its best to harm American interest everywhere. progresses. the situation in Rumania remains the samesuppression of the Catholic church and general religious persecution. continual liquidation of democratic elements and denial of human rights and fundamental freedoms. Our official policy has been that "the time for rollback of Soviet power and the detachment of a satellite is not in the foreseeable future." I refuse to accept this defeatist policy.
