Yet we find the administration now issuing visas to exiles. to refugees. to permit them to go to Fidel Castros Cuba and to negotiate the matter of the payment of over $60 million. four times as much as Fidel Castro asked for in tractors. the last time. in order to provide Castro with the dollars that he needs to keep communism going in Cuba.
